What is included in the 6 week package?

Once a week, you will meet Nutritionist, Joan,  you weigh (one-on-one), cook together as a group and share motivational tips, agreeing targets and recipe shares for the week ahead.

Once a week, you will attend a small-sized Strength & Tone class run by PT Siobhan,  involving small weights, high repetitions, body weight resistance work to music and Siobhan targets the entire body.

At weekends, we walk up the local Dublin mountains or Marlay park, weather permitting. All groups and individuals attend. Optional.

To book this group rate,   3 to 6 people are required

Initial Consult : €10 per person

then when you leave inspired, book the 6 weeker

€230 per person for 6 weeks
